Okay, so you have all of the way until flushing the papers in chapter 8 to make affinity choices. You are locked in after that one (if not before). There are at least a couple DIK choices and buying from her restaurant required to get on Quinn's path. You CANNOT date Josy and Maya. I'm pretty sure there is another LI (Jill or Bella?) that causes Quinn to kick you off her path
I don't see the point in giving up sex in season 1. Zoe broke off the relationship herself, the MC doesn’t owe her anything. If in the future it turns out that a clean playthrough is necessary, I will do it. But I don't think this will happen.
I have some good news for you, and some great news for you. The good news is that there's an entire episode already out that you appear to have missed the release of fourteen month ago. The great news is that there's another new episode coming soon that's probably less than a month out at this point.
I wouldn't be surprised if DPC tossed in something for players who stay faithful to Zoey until the end, but there probably won't be that much dedicated content.
It might give some exclusive diaglogue where MC tells Zoey that he had no sex since her, but I think that would be about it.
