It's not, the dev mentioned somewhere before that Ian will have a part in this chapter. It should be after this next update focusing Lena.I think all of chapter 13 will be lena's so we're screwed.

Release cycle is a big step up patreon-relations-wise vs the agonizing 7+ month waits we used to get. Still, I find myself skipping multiple updates until there's a good chunk of content built up, rather than refreshing daily waiting for the next release. Totally fine since at least we have more options now.
